Berlin

From Vintage Boutiques to living rooms disguised as print studio's, and from models with reindeer to mulled wine, Berlin was a feast of festivities, especially nearing the jolly old date of 25.12.
Christmas markets a cimbo, the main reason for my short but sweet reside in this beautiful(but scarily quiet) city, was thanks to a shopping inspiration trip with work. But of course, the camera was with me the whole time. Everything in Berlin seems so effortlessly cool, a certain nonchalent je ne sais quois.....Perhaps it keeps them in tune to their sub zero temperatures. Never the less, the shops were a feast to the eyes. Packed full of wacky hand made accessories, jumpers are flocked and foiled to within an inch of their life and, luckily for me, it seems like print is most definitely the new black in this city.
Sady on this flying visit, no time does indeed equal no techno. Alas, I will have to return for another 3 days, but this time to not leave the club for 72 hours.........

The Irony of Taxidermy- Klaus Pichler photography

Recently showcased on Itsnicethat.com, one of my favourite up to date, and on trend coverage of work from far and wide, Klaus' work really shone out as something with a little added humour and poetic wittines against the backdrop of dull museum scenery. The witty staging of the taxidermy throughout the parts of Vienna's Museum of Natural History brings a smile to your face. Take a look at his selection of photography on his site. http://www.kpic.at/

Sri Lanka

A trip to the teardrop island with work, and yes I took my camera.
